Cats are our Forté
Borne by Nature: Household Pets, Their Karma and Its Release, or Karmic Release for Pets, Conversations with Eon, Thursday, March 16, 1995 at Jones Library
You are a social worker, what is the problem with your cat?
Well, I don't know, I guess we don’t really look at it as a problem.
Ah, perhaps that is the problem. You are being too holistic. Sometimes you must say, “Fine. That stuff is fine, but here’s the problem and here’s the solution and just fix yourself, cat.” Sometimes you have to say that. Sometimes that is the most helpful thing eh?
You know, if somebody has a very serious illness, let us say it is pancreatic cancer. This is an extremely serious illness. You don’t say, “Well let’s try a holistic approach. Think back to your childhood.” You don’t say that. You say, “Quick, get the knife!” That is the right thing to do in some cases.
This animal is suffering a case of spiritual cancer. It is truly infected with a disease, not adopting of its free will, its attitudes. Let us tell you that this cat is afraid of its own shadow. And that it insists that it should be afraid of its own shadow. Most cats that are afraid of their own shadow will be reassured and will then play with their shadow. This cat insists that its shadow is dangerous and that you must be dangerous too, if you’re trying to get it to be near its own shadow.
Ah, this cat’s very bad off. Its shadow follows it everywhere. Yes, the only place it can be free of its shadow is in a dark corner. And so, that is where it spends its day. Karmic release is a very important part of this talk tonight because, not only do you have karma with, but you are here to help each other break the bonds of your karma.
You are called to help this beast and not to let it rot. It came into your life because it desperately needed help. But, more importantly, because you need to know how to help. And it helps to teach, if you have someone sick nearby to work on. So, it’s a willing patient. It has willed its body to science, so to speak. It’s saying, “Here’s a good case for you. Help me.” And it gets help in the bargain, so it’s even a game. And for this animal, help is available.
First, it must go on a more natural diet. You should— for that animal, it’s safe with cats, to give them some rice. That’s helpful for cats and cats eat animals, so it’s helpful to give them some chicken also. Equal part rice and equal part chicken and ah, hm, will tell you the other part later— secret ingredient for this particular beast.
A little bone meal is not harmful to the cat, it helps it. A little yeast is good as well. A little kelp, as you are well aware from the past, is helpful too. But this mixture should then be mixed, half and half with the cat food that comes from the can. Half canned, half homemade. This is the only diet this cat should be eating because only then will its inflamed intestines cool down and stop causing it misery. Only then will its lungs heal. And only then will its voice open up.
It has a very— “mew” — constricted voice— “mew, mew.” It makes you want to strangle it! But a wholesome cat that can say “Meow, meow.” That’s a cat you can really respect. Heh? “Meow!” But this cat— “mew, mew, mew.” So, this diet is important. Also, your water filter is not any longer cleaning out. It needs to be changed. Bacteria are in the water that the animal is drinking, and also in the water that you are drinking. So, change that filter. You may want to think about getting a better filter. The ones you’re using are not quite able to handle this difficult water system in this town.
There’s a lot of things in the water of this town that are bad for human and for animals. This water cannot be cleansed with just a simple little filter with great effectiveness. Adequately, yes. But if you really need clean water, hm, no. Get it from jug. Yes. Collect it yourself. Harvest your water, eh? Yes. The water’s very bad. Open air reservoirs tend to collect a great deal of bird poop. Let us be honest. And that is a concentrated form of microorganism. It’s like a disease pill. So, let us have little disease pills. No! No pills, only clean water.
And then no use of bells on this cat. You are using the healing bell to try to heal the cat. That only drives it crazy. No bells for the cat. Instead, this cat likes to be, you know how cats like to feel important, pompous? They like to feel that they are lord of their thing they survey. Lord of the living room. Well, classical music, particularly Haydn and Mozart help a cat to feel this way. Then they feel supreme. Witty. They feel the music comes from them.
Cats are supposed to be egotistical. It is in their plan to have this inflamed ego. It’s part of their delight. For humans, ego should be small. For cats, it’s supposed to be large. Encourage it with Mozart and Haydn. And gentleness with the animal.
Using smoke to cleanse its aura is helpful. And the breathing should be done with this animal. Don’t give up on the breath with this animal. Use the breathing techniques you know to help this animal recover. In this life it has the possibility to be normal. So, don’t give up on it. Don’t give up on it. Does anybody have another problem cat? Cats are our forté.
