Your Dreams Affect your Physical Health

I’m having problems with trust and betrayal, and people coming into my life that sort of victimize me.
Yeah. Have you cleansed your home?
Um. I have not been well. I am working up to that point to do that.
Yeah. O.K. Fair enough. You keep the water by your bed?
I did and I slept better.
Good. Do you know what is called a dream catcher?
I’ve seen them, yes. Indians use them.
Indeed. You should have one because you are troubled; indeed, you are tortured in your dreams. You don’t remember all the dreams, dear one, that come to you, but they are the result of the daily things you are experiencing.
Your dreams affect your physical health greatly. Put a dream catcher over your bed. They’re fairly easy to find. In fact, there’s a-- what is that place in the Northampton town? Spiritual store of native, native... Peacework. Peacework.
The man who runs Peacework, he has got a very great desire to put dream catchers in everyone’s home. And he has a lot of very nice ones, and they’re very effective, very helpful.
So, we would suggest, inquire with him, consult with him. You don’t have to spend much money for a good one. Elaborate, big is unimportant. Which day of the week is the hardest for you.
I don’t know it's pretty awful
Yeah. You are bounded up in the intestines. There’s stress in the stomach. You should have— your stomach is an important place for you to be free of stress, dear one.
You should have somebody press into your stomach while you breathe and if you cry, or laugh, or become enraged, it’s all wonderful. But have them press into your stomach while you breathe. If you’re laying down on your back it will be very helpful. They should gently press deeply, not til you have pain, but gently and deeply.
